Hi! I’m Anna. I’m the founder of Infuse Journeys and strategic talent partner for organizations looking to level up their talent game as they scale.
For over 15 years, I’ve led global people development programs and training teams for fast-paced innovators like Tesla and Mollie. I’ve launched upskilling programs for thousands of employees, developed leaders at all levels, and built enablement teams spanning the globe.
In 2025, I founded Infuse Journeys to help leaders and teams navigate the chaos of growth while keeping their authenticity. Just as infusing tea releases its richest flavor, I help leaders release the potential already steeping inside them.
My expertise spans talent strategy, change management, and behavioral science, and I’m a certified game-based learning designer. I believe learning works best when fueled by curiosity and reflection, and I thrive on the challenge of building creative, engaging programs that spark personal growth.
