I delivered the Horizon Scan Report to the executive team following my holistic assessment. The report summarized the patterns, opportunities, and practical recommendations for what to do in the short, medium, and long term.
These weren’t generic suggestions: they were targeted, informed activities built directly off of my organizational assessment and crafted for WolfCycle’s unique culture, goals, and tone.
The true impact
More than a long document, the Horizon Scan Report laid the groundwork for enhancing WolfCycle’s talent development strategy so that its people and culture could scale at the fast pace of its business.
It led to my continued partnership with WolfCycle as fractional Talent Development Partner, paving the way for a communication boot camp and change leadership training to start closing the capability gaps flagged in the report.
