What’s the difference between a workshop and a program?

A workshop is a focused, one-off session on 1-3 specific skills, often as part of an offsite or to target specific gaps. A program, or learning journey, is a multi-session experience that blends formats like live delivery, take-home assignments, and small group work. Programs tend to make greater impact by going deeper into skill development and creating space between sessions for hands-on application and reflection.

What is your instructional design approach?

I blend behavioral science, talent strategy, and  learning theory to design programs for how adults actually learn and change their behavior. While my programs typically have some slides and materials, the magic happens through hands-on practice, social learning, roleplay, games, case studies, and other proven methods to spark engagement and make learning stick.

Do you work fractionally or on retainer?

Yes. Fractional and advisory support starts from €1,920/month, ideal for teams growing fast without in-house L&D. We agree on the days or hours of support per month, set up a 1:1 cadence to start, and I help you shape your people development strategy or build up your training team, providing senior expertise so you can build fast and focus on growing your business.

How quickly can we start?

My ready-made workshops, such as Insights Discovery® or my Infuse Sessions can typically be delivered within two months, subject to my availability. Bespoke workshops and programs are typically designed and delivered within 3-6 months.

Do you offer off-the-shelf solutions?
